When the fast of Shiva Asar Be-Tammuz ends, in KGH

Using Chabad's calculator, we have the following ending time for the 17th of Tammuz:

Shkiah (sunset)
8:29 pm

Fast Ends
9:01 pm

Tzeit Hakochovim (nightfall)
9:09 pm

Correction: Looking at, Chabad are apparently using the definition of the Baal Hatanyah:

Tzeit hakochavim (nightfall) צאת הכוכבים

correction: something was messed up on kaluach. they are actually using the baal hatanya's shiur. these figures don't need correction or calculation.

the time from chabad is and was good. it is just a matter of what it is matching.
