for a week. So blogging may well be much lighter than usual. So far, I at least have what to do on Wednesday -- I'm attending the Israel Seminar on Computational Linguistics at Bar Ilan.
I also want to visit Tel Dan while there.
Otherwise, I am not sure what to do while there. Any suggestions?

Tel Dan is great. if you're going to be that far north, try and get to גילגל רפאים in the Golan; you have to make sure they're not having military maneuvers when you go, though.
